Wild Wonder

In this series of visual artworks, using black acrylic paint on 100% cotton fabric, I allow my intuition to guide me. Specifically, I allow my sensuality to lead me, showing me where life force desires to flow through my fingers.

I paint with my “nose to the fabric”, immersing myself in the immediate experience of creation, eager stroke by stable breath by knowing dip by trusting application of paint. I become one with the connection of lines, until each line forms a sentence, and each sentence forms a story.

The piece is complete when She says She is. I simply listen and obey, honor, Her experience of fullness. And that is when I peel my nose away from the fabric, step back, and see what story She has told through my creative channel.
